Crustal Geo Technics India executed geotechnical services for the installation of rockfall protection works in the Amba Ghat section (Km 67.00 to Km 72.00) on NH-166, connecting Ratnagiri and Kolhapur in Maharashtra. The project formed part of the preventive measures undertaken to enhance road safety in this landslide- and rockfall-prone stretch under the EPC mode. The scope included geotechnical assessment, site investigation, and engineering support for the design and installation of rockfall protection systems, contributing to improved slope stability and safer travel for road users.
